RETURN CONDITIONS

• Purchases must be returned from the original h shipping country.
• Items returned must be in their unused, original condition with all  product tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.
• Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns or anything we reasonably believe has been used will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
• Returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of purchase.

  RECEIVING A REFUND
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment.

• On receipt of return, we will refund within 14 days.
• Please retain your Shipping Note until you have received your refund.
• For countries highlighted with * in SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & TRANSIT TIMES, import taxes and duties are non-refundable through Nicole Lobegeiger ‘Voyage’. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly.

If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency refunds will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the original price paid.
